So, if I'm being honest, I don't like weekly weigh-ins. They remind me how bad I'm doing. Maybe one of these Fridays my poor numbers will be the catalyst for a successful subsequent week. Sigh.
Lately, to help me stay focused, I have been stepping on the scale every morning. I know there will be some fluctuation that way, but it takes the weekly fear and forces me to face it every day. And I believe it is holding me more accountable.
